Neda's death - "premeditated"
Iran's Chief of Police, Brigadier Gen. Esmail Ahmadi Moghadam called the death of Neda Agha-Soltan a “premeditated act of murder,” and a "prearranged scenario." He also accused Arash Hejazi, a doctor who says he tried to save Neda's life in her final moments, of fanning the flames of the western media hype, according to Iran's Press TV. Dammit, when I first read the report, I thought Moghadam was dissenting from the government stance on Neda's murder. But all he's doing is trying to make stick the government's ridiculous charge about foreign journalists having had her killed.
Just when you think it can't get any uglier...Labels: brutality, election, free speech, Iran, Neda, vote
